Welcome to Stilettos and Roses!

Check out our Automatic Switchblade Knives that include spring loaded blades and out the front (OTF) blades. A Switchblade can have a blade that folds, or a blade that slides out the front of the handle. It opens automatically with the press or slide of a switch.

There are many restrictions on Switchblade knives in the US. Please review the knife laws by state and be aware of whether or not a switchblade knife is legal for you to carry.

Knife laws vary from state to state with restrictions ranging from age requirements, blade length, open or conceal carry, the type of knife (Switchblade, hidden knives, etc.), and if they can be detected with metal detectors. Please be aware of the knife laws of your particular state and those states you might travel to.

Buying An Automatic Switchblade Knife: What You Should Be Looking For

If you're interested in buying an automatic switchblade knife, you're going to want to make sure you're happy with the knife that you choose. You'll want to select a knife that is well-made, and you'll want to pick a product that has all of the qualities you're interested in. If you're currently shopping for one of these knives, here are a few things you'll want to keep in mind.

How Well is the Knife Made?

A poorly-made knife might be a nice decorative piece, but will not provide any sort of functionality. You will want a knife made with a heavy duty material, such as stainless steel, in order for it to perform tasks with ease and without fear of parts breaking and someone getting hurt.

Look For A Great Vendor

It'll be a lot easier for you to choose your knife if you buy it from a reputable and respected vendor. You should also look for a vendor that offers the kinds of knives you're interested in.

You'll probably want to order your knife online; that way you'll have plenty of options. If you don't know which store you should be shopping at, you'll want to start researching different vendors so that you can find the ones that people really trust.

Does the Knife Have the Details You Are Looking For?

Automatic knives can be folding knives that automatically snap open and into a locked position with a simple push of a button. They retract the same way, and although quickly and easily, one must make sure to be holding the handle to where the blade will not come down on your fingers. Other automatic knives have an OTF (Out the Front) feature where a slide of a button automatically shoots the blade out the top of the knife and into a locked position. Reversing the slide will automatically retract the blade back into the handle.

Be Aware Of Local Laws

Different areas have different laws when it comes to these knives. Before you make any purchases, you'll want to read up on the laws in your area so that you can be sure that the knife you're purchasing is legal.

In some areas, there are restrictions about the length of the blade. In other areas, automatic switchblades are banned. If you're familiar with the laws in your location, then you'll know exactly what you can and can't buy. You'll be able to rule out knives you can purchase and select something that's completely legal in your location.

Anyone that is shopping for an automatic switchblade knife will want to consider their options carefully. Now that you're aware of what you should be looking for, you'll be able to select a knife that you'll be more than satisfied with.
